What we do
Conservation Cambodia is an integral part of Cambodian Diving Academy located in the coastal town of Sihanoukville, Cambodia, with a two-pronged approach to marine conservation. In the water, we protect our local reefs and grow them through sustainable coral farming. Out of the water, we create awareness among both the local people of Cambodia and across national borders. Our goal is to create a long-term coral propagation nursery as well as an information center that informs people of sustainable marine practices.

Additionally, Conservation Cambodia leads a number of community enrichment initiatives for the local communities. We work with the local school and local authorities to teach classes, clean up the coastline, and generally improve life for humans and animals in the region.
We welcome volunteers who are interested in helping on any or all of our projects. Also, we always need help running the program. Volunteers frequently help by increasing our social media presence, improving our website and digital infrastructure, or other administrative tasks. As a volunteer, you'll have housing and food provided by us at our dive center with a rooftop bar with sea views.
